This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website (toolvize.com) and use our suite of free online digital utilities and premium services (collectively, the "Services").

Please read this privacy policy carefully. By accessing or using our Services, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to our collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect on the Site includes:

  • Personal Data: Personally identifiable information, such as your name and email address, that you voluntarily give to us when you register with the Site, upgrade to a Pro account, or contact us for support.

We do not permanently store files uploaded for free-tier temporary processing. Pro users may opt-in to save their generated history.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We may use cookies, web beacons, tracking pixels, and other tracking technologies on the Site to help customize the Site and improve your experience. When you access the Site, your personal information is not collected through the use of tracking technology without your explicit consent where required by law.

We use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymized usage data, including pages visited, events triggered, approximate geographic location, and device type. This data helps us improve ToolVize. Google Analytics may set cookies to distinguish users. You can opt out via Google's opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Inputs processed by our free tools (such as links shortened or text converted to QR codes) are generally processed ephemerally. If you are a Pro user utilizing the "Save History" feature, your generated data is stored securely in our PostgreSQL database utilizing industry-standard encryption at rest.
